Who is responsible for your data

What data we process
- If you visit this site: with Google Analytics we store an identifier in a cookie in your browser and record the pages you view, the date and time, the site you came from, your device and browser type, your language and your approximate city or country. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
- Cloudflare measurement: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, measures which pages are viewed and how long they take to load, without cookies and without following you from one visit to the next. Like any server, it receives your IP address; according to Cloudflare, it discards it before storing the measurement.
- If you email or call us: your name, your email or phone number, and whatever you tell us.
- We do not ask for sensitive, financial or asset data.
What we use it for
Necessary purposes: to keep this site running and fast, with Cloudflare's measurement; and to answer your message or call and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal for you.
Purposes you can decline:
- To measure, in aggregate, how the site is used and where visits come from (Google Analytics).
- To improve our site and our services by analyzing that data with business intelligence, big data and data science methods. The results are used in aggregate, never to identify you.
- If you wrote to us, to send you information about our services.
Who else sees it
Google processes Google Analytics data, and Cloudflare processes its measurement data, on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your data, nor transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.
How to limit its use
- On this site: the “Decline” button on this page or on the banner at the top of the site. Your choice is saved in your browser.
- In your browser: block or delete cookies, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- By email: write to contacto@zahardev.com so we stop sending you information.
- Cloudflare's measurement uses no cookies, doesn't identify you and is part of running the site, so it doesn't depend on the “Decline” button.
Your rights and how to withdraw consent
You can access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent. Email contacto@zahardev.com with your name, a document proving your identity, the right you want to exercise and the data involved. We reply within 20 days and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 days.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_1K7CGKN6DL cookies, which last up to two years. Cloudflare's measurement uses no cookies. This site does not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this notice
We publish them on this page with their date. If a purpose changes, we also announce it on the banner at the top of the site.
